A Chicago federal judge rejected Sony Electronics Inc.'s bid to snuff out an Americans with Disabilities Act suit brought on behalf of a fired amputee and ruled that reasonable jurors could conclude Sony regarded the worker as disabled, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Monday.
