An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday approved the dismissal of a trademark suit in which Agave Loco LLC accused fellow liquor maker Sazerac Co. Inc. of infringing Agave's "Rumchata" and "Chata" marks for cream-based rum beverages, this after the parties reached a settlement.
