A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a derivative suit brought against the leadership of American Oriental Bioengineering Inc. for allegedly lying to shareholders about the company's financial status, saying the plaintiff did not satisfy pre-suit requirements showing the board wrongfully refused to take action.
