Paul Ceglia's lawyer said Monday he will oppose a bid by prosecutors to adjourn a May 4 trial date if the alleged Facebook Inc. scammer doesn't turn up this week, adding he would prefer Manhattan U.S. District Judge Vernon S. Broderick wait longer to scrap the proceedings because he believes his client will be caught — or will surface — soon.
