Drugmaker Actavis Inc. asked a New Jersey federal judge Tuesday to deny Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s request to dismiss without prejudice Endo's false marketing suit over generic versions of its painkiller Opana ER, saying the claims should instead be tossed with prejudice so that Endo can't turn around and sue again.
