Ethicon Says Pelvic Mesh Plaintiffs' Counsel Coached Doctors
Johnson & Johnson unit Ethicon Inc. told a West Virginia federal judge Wednesday that plaintiffs' counsel in multidistrict litigation over allegedly defective pelvic mesh implants had improperly coached treating physicians before their fact depositions, urging the court to formally restrict the practice.
