No Infringement In Data Security Patent Dispute, Jury Finds
A California federal jury determined Tuesday that neither Good Technology Corp. nor MobileIron Inc. infringed each others' data security patents, and that two of the three patents asserted by Good that made it to trial were invalid.

Rule Violation Dooms MobileIron's Alice Patent Challenge
A California magistrate judge has refused to invalidate two Good Technology Corp. patents asserted against MobileIron Inc., even though he said the patents may have "serious problems" under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice ruling, because MobileIron didn't identify the issue in its invalidity contentions.
