A former Walgreen Co. employee Wednesday voluntarily dismissed his whistleblower False Claims Act suit in New York federal court that accused the company and its drug infusion and home nursing units of defrauding government health care programs by paying doctors kickbacks in exchange for providing costly infusion drugs.
