Lindsay Lohan has resolved a trademark and contract dispute with clothing company DNAM Apparel Industries that recently featured a fight over whether the starlet could be forced to testify about her sobriety and a miscarriage, according to a Monday order.

Actress Lindsay Lohan on Thursday lodged a trademark and contract suit in California federal court, saying she is due more than $1.1 million from a Los Angeles apparel company that agreed to market her line of women's clothing, but has since cheated her out of royalties.
