An Arizona federal judge on Wednesday rejected a Native American tribe's demand he force website hosting services to transfer from a former Web manager control of two domain names, which are tied to websites that allegedly infringe the tribe's trademarks and cut into its Grand Canyon tourism business.

The Havasupai Tribe of Arizona asked a federal judge on Wednesday to transfer two domain names that allegedly infringe the tribe's trademarks and were taken by a former website manager without authorization to exploit the tribe's Grand Canyon tourism business.
