Health Drink Maker Inks $1.35M Deal To Exit False Ad Suit
A drink manufacturer accused in a class action of falsely claiming that its products can improve joint health has agreed to a $1.35 million cash settlement, according to a motion for preliminary approval of the deal filed in California federal court on Monday.

Joint Health Beverage Co. Gets Claims Pared In False Ad Suit
A California federal judge handed a partial pretrial win on Tuesday to The Elations Co. LLC in a class action alleging the company made false claims about the joint healing properties of its dietary beverage, ruling the lead plaintiff lacks standing because Elations stopped making the claims before he filed suit.
