Singer Chubby Checker on Tuesday hit Hewlett Packard Co. with a multimillion-dollar trademark infringement lawsuit in Florida for having offered an application on Palm mobile devices called "The Chubby Checker," which allows users to calculate the size of a man's penis based on his shoe size.
