The U.S. Export-Import Bank on Monday escaped a trio of suits brought by Delta Air Lines Inc. and others, alleging its aircraft financing procedures had wrongly given a leg up to foreign airlines, after a Washington, D.C., federal judge ruled the plaintiffs lacked standing.

Delta Air Lines Inc. and others sued the Export-Import Bank of the United States on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., federal court, alleging the bank's financing of aircraft sales, including those made by The Boeing Co., has effectively given a competitive boost to foreign airlines.
