Carnival Cruise Passenger Sues Over Sewage-Filled Voyage
A passenger from the disabled Carnival Triumph cruise ship sued Carnival Corp. in Florida federal court Friday, the day after the vessel was finally towed to shore, alleging that the company knew the ship was not seaworthy even before an engine room fire knocked out power and created overflows of raw sewage.
