NorthStar's Bid-Rigging Claims Against Encana To Proceed
A Michigan federal judge on Monday allowed all but one claim of NorthStar Energy LLC's antitrust suit against Encana Corp. and Chesapeake Energy Corp. to proceed, finding NorthStar sufficiently alleged the defendants conspired to rig bids for oil and gas leases in northern Michigan.
