SAS Doesn't Doom Patent Challenge By Ubisoft, Judge Finds
A Delaware magistrate judge has recommended denying a patent owner's request to bar video game maker Ubisoft from challenging the validity of patent claims that were not examined in an inter partes review, saying the U.S. Supreme Court's SAS ruling does not mandate that result.
