The U.S. attorney general on Friday urged a New York federal court to throw out an alleged fraudster's bid to halt a criminal case stemming from claims that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg owes him a 50 percent stake in the site, arguing that the First Amendment doesn't protect the purportedly falsified allegations in his suit.
