Judge Sues Pa. High Court Over Ticket-Fixing Suspension
Judge Mark Bruno, one of nine Philadelphia Traffic Court judges named in a federal indictment detailing a long-running ticket-fixing scheme, sued the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in federal court Thursday, claiming it violated his due process rights by suspending him from the bench.
