Auto Parts Co. Says Rival, Not Dentons, Deserves Sanctions
Auto parts company Dacco Inc. and its Dentons attorneys hit back Tuesday in Tennessee federal court at a defunct rival's bid for sanctions over claims that Dacco's counsel failed to hand over documents during discovery in a breach of contract suit, saying its adversary deserves sanctions instead for a "solely" tactical move.

A defunct auto-parts company suing a competitor for a breach of contract that allegedly put it out of business told a Tennessee federal court on Thursday that the rival company and its Dentons attorneys should be sanctioned for falsely certifying that a search of financial documents had proved fruitless.
