West-Ward Pharmaceutical Corp. on Wednesday dropped its New Jersey federal suit against generic-drug maker rivals Sandoz Inc. and American Regent Inc. after accusing them of selling a blood pressure drug labeled with unsubstantiated and inaccurate information about its uses, dosing and safety.
