Graco Car Seat Buyers Say Defect Suit May Settle Soon
Graco Children's Products Inc. customers who sued after purchasing child car seats with allegedly defective belt buckles urged a California federal judge on Wednesday to hold off ruling on their motion to certify a class of 22,000 customers, saying they may reach a settlement soon.
