Auto Parts Co. Settles Dealers' Antitrust Claims For $1.2M
South Korean auto parts manufacturer Continental Automotive Electronics LLC has agreed to pay $1.2 million to settle automobile dealerships' class claims that the company conspired to fix the prices of instrument panel clusters for car dashboards, according to documents filed in Michigan federal court Wednesday.

Antitrust Claims Trimmed From Auto Parts Price-Fixing MDL
A Michigan federal judge on Thursday trimmed a number of claims brought against several auto-parts makers accused of bid-rigging and fixing prices in a multidistrict litigation, including antitrust claims brought against them under Illinois and Massachusetts law, in one prong of the massive MDL.
