Clover-Stornetta Cane Juice Suit Paused As FDA Mulls Rules
A California federal judge on Tuesday stayed a proposed class action accusing Clover-Stornetta Farms Inc. of misleading consumers by advertising its dairy products as containing evaporated cane juice instead of sugar, putting the case on hold while the U.S. Food and Drug Administration weighs new labeling rules.

Natural Foods Co. Faces Label Suit Over Yogurt Ingredient
Two California women lodged a putative class action in federal court Thursday accusing natural foods maker Clover Stornetta Farms Inc. of flouting federal guidelines and deceiving consumers by mislabeling an ingredient in more than a dozen of its yogurt and dairy items.
