Exxon Mobil Corp. on Thursday moved to toss a putative class accusing it of causing significant environmental and economic damage through a recent oil pipeline rupture, telling an Arkansas federal judge the plaintiffs had not suffered any actual damage from the spill.

Exxon Mobil Corp. was hit with a proposed class action in Arkansas federal court Friday, accusing the oil giant of causing significant environmental and economic damage as a result of a recent oil spill from its Pegasus pipeline.
