Online poker company PokerStars on Friday withdrew its bid to quash a subpoena demanding that New Jersey's gaming regulator turn over the company's casino license application, after the parties who issued it, plaintiffs in a related class action, withdrew the subpoena due to a discovery stay.

PokerStars asked a New Jersey federal judge Sunday to quash a subpoena served on New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement by plaintiffs in an Illinois class action against the online poker company, hoping to block access to its confidential application for a casino license.
