A California federal judge on Wednesday stayed a putative class action alleging that Unilever United States Inc. falsely advertises its I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spray as fat-free, granting the plaintiffs' request to wait for the Ninth Circuit's ruling in a similar suit against ConAgra Foods Inc.
