Chrysler Group LLC on Wednesday urged a California federal court to throw out claims by a named plaintiff in a proposed class action brought by owners of certain Jeep vehicles who say they bought faulty replacement window regulators after June 2009, saying the named plaintiff continues to use the equipment.
