A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave defunct manufacturing company Yarway Corp. the nod Wednesday for a Chapter 11 plan that would pay $325 million into a trust to handle thousands of asbestos-related injury claims, with the bulk of the money coming from nondebtor parent Tyco International Ltd.
