A New York federal judge on Thursday threw out a derivative lawsuit brought against current and former executives of fraternal organization Sons of Norway for allegedly jeopardizing the club's tax status as a charitable organization, ruling that the plaintiffs didn't have standing to sue on the organization's behalf.
