A Florida federal judge on Tuesday pared claims related to the alleged mishandling of escrow funds by a Florida company's attorneys as part of a lawsuit over a collapsed deal to sell the Trump Plaza Tower East in Atlantic City, New Jersey, to a New York-based developer.
