A federal suit brought by Nelle Harper Lee against a literary agent the famed author claims duped her into handing over her copyright for the iconic American novel "To Kill A Mockingbird" will be dismissed next week along with related state court litigation, multiple sources said Friday.

A literary agent accused of cheating author Harper Lee into assigning him the copyright for the classic novel "To Kill A Mockingbird" told a New York state court on Friday that Lee had never lost any rights to revenue as a result of the deal.
