Hartman Simons Can Keep Coverage Of $10M Malpractice Deal
A Georgia federal judge on Monday tossed an insurance company's claims against law firm Hartman Simons & Wood LLP seeking to recoup costs from a $10 million malpractice settlement, ruling the insurer had waived its rights by paying the settlement before filing the suit.
