Samsung Wins Arbitration Bids In Galaxy S4 False Ad Suits
A California federal judge on Thursday ordered Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone buyers to arbitrate two putative class actions alleging Samsung falsely advertised the amount of usable memory in the phone, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to opt out of the arbitration clause in the phone's warranty.

Samsung Pushes For Arbitration In Galaxy False Ad Suit
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. pressed a California federal judge on Thursday to force an aggrieved smartphone buyer's false advertising class action into arbitration, saying an intervening Ninth Circuit ruling undercut his attempt to invalidate a consumer arbitration contract.
