An Ohio federal judge on Wednesday ruled that two of Procter & Gamble Co.'s patents for teeth-whitening product Crest Whitestrips are not invalid as indefinite, rejecting alleged infringer CAO Group Inc.'s arguments that the patents' claims are incapable of interpretation.
