A Texas federal judge on Wednesday rejected Dell Inc.'s bid to keep Hayes Messina Gilman & Hayes LLC from representing technology licensing company Adaptix Inc. in a patent infringement suit targeting Dell over data encoding technology, holding the firm has no conflict of interest.
