Steel Tubing Maker Wins Natural Gas Pipe Defect Suit
A Florida federal judge last week tossed a proposed class action accusing Omega Flex Inc. of marketing to residences and businesses defective natural gas pipelines that could catch fire if struck by lightning, finding there were no actual injuries claimed in the suit.
