Federal Class Joins $32M HSBC Settlement For Overdraft Fees
HSBC will pay $32 million to settle a New York state court class action accusing it of charging unfair overdraft fees, an agreement two customers bringing a parallel federal court action have signed on to after previously working to block the deal, according to documents filed Wednesday.
