Pa. Prosecutor's Office Escapes Age Discrimination Suit
A federal judge on Tuesday quashed a suit filed by two former Pennsylvania county prosecutors who alleged that they were terminated on the basis of their age by a newly elected district attorney who vowed to create a "modern prosecutor's office," saying that the reasons given for their termination and hiring of younger attorneys were legitimate.

Fired Pa. Prosecutors Launch Age-Discrimination Suit
In a suit filed Wednesday in Pennsylvania federal court, a pair of former prosecutors with the Chester County District Attorney's Office alleged they were illegally fired on the basis of their ages after a new DA took office in January 2012.
