    Turner Design Looks To Douse Nalco's Water-Test Patent Suit

    Water-sensor maker Turner Design Inc. urged a California federal judge on Wednesday to throw out a suit alleging a Turner fluorometer infringed Nalco Co.'s industrial water-testing patent, arguing that Nalco hasn't shown that Turner or its customers performed every step of the asserted patent claim.
