Rock singer Joan Jett and her Blackheart Records Group Inc. on Monday settled their New York federal trademark lawsuit against shopping mall fixture Hot Topic Inc., resolving claims that the retailer was selling infringing rock-inspired lingerie under the "Blackheart" brand name.
