    The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday urged a Massachusetts federal court to sanction Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., saying the company failed to save a surveillance video it claims provides a legitimate reason for termination of an employee the agency says was fired because of her cystic fibrosis.
