FDA Sues NJ Compounder Over Mold-Contaminated Products
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday slapped drug compounding facility Med Prep Consulting Inc. and its senior executive with a lawsuit in New Jersey federal court for circulating intravenous medicines infected with mold and for failing to secure proper approval for some of its medications.
