Bankrupt TMT Dodges Creditors' Bad Faith Complaints
A Texas bankruptcy judge said Thursday that TMT Group could pursue Ch. 11 proceedings and charted the course for the global shipping company to access cash collateral, sinking a complaint by creditors that the case had been filed in bad faith.

One of bankrupt TMT Group's major creditors, Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd., objected Wednesday to the shipping firm's use of cash collateral, claiming the Chapter 11 case had been commenced in bad faith and in a "manufactured jurisdiction."
