    Baxter Wins Bid To Compel FDA Testimony In Plasma MDL

    Baxter International Inc. won a bid to get a Food and Drug Administration official to testify in multidistrict litigation in which a class of hospitals allege the company and other plasma therapy providers conspired to fix prices, according to an order in D.C. federal court Monday.
