    "Serial" relator Fox Rx Inc. has lost a plea to avoid paying $168,000 in fees to Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP after a New York federal judge ruled Wednesday that the award was a reasonable reflection of the work the firm did defending a pharmacy services company from "frivolous" False Claims Act allegations brought by Fox.
