Ford Motor Co. has sued Japanese auto parts manufacturer Fujikura Ltd. for allegedly conspiring to fix prices and rig bids for automotive wire harness systems, a year after Fujikura paid a $20 million fine and pled guilty to a felony charge in a Michigan case stemming from the purported conspiracy.
