Fujikura Can't Shake Ford's Suit Over Price-Fixing Plot
A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss Ford Motor Co.'s suit against Japanese auto parts manufacturer Fujikura Ltd. for allegedly conspiring to fix prices and rig bids for wire harness systems, ruling Ford had not merely sued after Fujikura's guilty plea in 2012.

Ford Sues Fujikura For Price-Fixing Plot That Led To $20M Fine
Ford Motor Co. has sued Japanese auto parts manufacturer Fujikura Ltd. for allegedly conspiring to fix prices and rig bids for automotive wire harness systems, a year after Fujikura paid a $20 million fine and pled guilty to a felony charge in a Michigan case stemming from the purported conspiracy.
