A medical device subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson has plausibly alleged that two former sales representatives violated noncompete agreements, a Virginia federal magistrate judge said Tuesday, recommending denying defense requests to dismiss allegations that their new employer illegally induced the sales agents to break the agreements.
