A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday let stand most of IMS Health Inc.'s claims accusing rival pharmaceutical data company Symphony Health Solutions Corp. of poaching its workers to steal trade secrets, keeping intact IMS' counterpunch to an antitrust suit brought by Symphony.

IMS Health Inc. was sued Wednesday in Pennsylvania federal court by a competitor who claims the world's largest supplier of pharmaceutical and health care industry-related data has consolidated its grip on the market by engaging in business practices that violate U.S. antitrust laws.
