Grunenthal Says Actavis, Alkem Infringed Painkiller IP
German pharmaceuticals giant Grunenthal GmbH accused rivals Actavis Inc. and Alkem Laboratories Ltd. of infringing patents for its painkiller Nucynta by seeking federal approval for generic copies of the drug, according to a suit filed in New Jersey federal court Thursday.
