A New York magistrate judge on Tuesday slapped sanctions against attorneys representing a Brooklyn costume and fitness center in a suit over unpaid overtime wages and ordered them to fork over attorney's fees, saying they didn't respond to numerous court orders regarding discovery and settlement payments.
